主要研究方向及成果

研究方向:贝类繁殖生物学。针对海洋贝类多样化的生殖方式,利用基因组学、转录组学、基因网络等前沿技术方法,解析海洋贝类性别决定分化及性腺发育的分子机制,探索实现贝类生殖调控的途径。

主要研究成果:系统研究扇贝科多种代表性雌雄异体动物性别决定基因的演化,解析虾夷扇贝、海湾扇贝等水产养殖贝类性别分化的分子机制,建立多种经济贝类的遗传性别鉴定方法,以及雌雄同体扇贝雄性发育调控技术。主持承担国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等科研项目,发表SCI论文60余篇。
