主要研究方向及成果


长期从事功能基因组学研究,负责和参与了一系列大型组学项目的研发,尤其是在复杂基因组组装与扫描、水生生物性染色体演化、性别决定及适应性性状解析等方向上具有丰富的工作经验,掌握前沿的组学技术和理论积累。主要论文以第一/通讯作者(含共同)发表在Nat Ecol Evol, Nat Cancer, Nat Commun, Cell Discov, BMC Biol, Mol Ecol Resour等杂志上。
