主要研究方向及成果
主要从事组学技术方法的开发及应用。成功研发了一系列低成本、高通量的基因分型技术,突破了长期以来全基因组分型技术流程繁琐而且费用过高等技术瓶颈,取得了一系列有国际影响力的成果。文章发表在Genome Research、Engineering、Open Biology、Aquaculture等期刊。参与编写专著《Bioinformatics in Aquaculture: Principles and Methods》。
