主要研究方向及成果

主要围绕海洋生物基因组数据挖掘、重要性状遗传调控及环境适应机制解析等方向开展系统研究,以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在 Science、Nature Ecology & Evolution(2篇)等国际期刊发表 SCI 论文10余篇。代表性成果包括:●构建跨动物界心脏分子演化全景图谱,揭示动物“原始心脏”起源及其“核心基因工具包逐步叠加”的演化模式(Science);●攻克同形性染色体难以组装、鉴定和比较的难题,发现双向性别偏好基因在性别分化和性腺发育中的关键作用,揭示同形性染色体维持机制(Nat. Ecol. Evol., 封面文章);●突破海洋生物遗传解析技术瓶颈,解析海洋生物适应高盐、低温、UV等多重环境压力的遗传基础(Nat. Ecol. Evol., 专题评述)。
